> BinBuddies is an app and service designed to take the hassle out of trash day. We manage the logistics of placing your trash and recycling bins at the curb before collection, and returning them right back to their spot afterward — so you never have to lift a finger.

## What We Do

BinBuddies handles the entire bin management workflow for residential customers, HOAs, municipalities, and waste disposal partners. Our network of local independent contractors ("Buddies") picks up bins from their storage location, rolls them to the curb before your scheduled collection window, and returns them once the truck has passed. Customers never need to be home.

## What Makes BinBuddies Unique

BinBuddies uses a gamified 1099 contractor model. Buddies earn Experience Points (XP), level up, and compete on local leaderboards for every bin task they complete. This keeps the work engaging for the team and translates to highly reliable service for customers.

## Pricing

$60 per month, billed quarterly ($180 every three months). No hidden fees. Managed entirely through the BinBuddies app.

## Cancellation Policy

Customers who cancel mid-quarter receive a refund for any fully unused months ($60 per unused month), processed on the 1st of the following month.

## Founder

Ramsey White founded BinBuddies as a neighborhood project for his daughter. After helping an elderly neighbor navigate a steep driveway and another neighbor recovering from back surgery, he recognized a widespread community need and built the service around it.
